MAMA Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MamaApp - a platform that combines social media, messaging services, task management, rewards, and an online shop. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Introduction
MamaApp is a mobile application offering a combination of social media features, an interactive calendar with task management, and a reward system. Users can earn points called MAHs, which can be redeemed in the app's shop for items or for non-material rewards. Users may also purchase MAHs using real currency. The app provides two user interfaces: a standard version and a simplified version, which is designed for elderly or neurodivergent users.
2. Eligibility
Thanks to our parental control system, there is no minimum age for the users of our services. The features of MamaApp are controlled by the age of the user as well as by two different user interfaces depending on the abilities of the user. MamaApp standard version is meant for those users, who don't possess any particular hindering factors such as age related issues or issues with neurodivergences. MamaApp simplified version is meant for the ones who don't need or want to use the full features of the app.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of MamaApp, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Post content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, or networks connected to the services.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent yourself.
6. Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on MamaApp. However, by posting content, you grant MamaApp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute your content on and through our services.
7. Messaging Services
Our messaging services allow you to communicate with other users. You agree not to use the messaging services to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Share illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
8. Task Giving and Rewards
MamaApp offers task management and rewards features based on our own points, the MAHs. Users can create and assign tasks, and rewards may be earned upon task completion. MamaApp reserves the right to charge 10% of the value of the MAHs returned to the one who accepted the reward. MamaApp is not responsible for disputes arising from tasks or rewards and reserves the right to modify or discontinue these features at any time.
9. Online Shop
Our online shop allows you to purchase products and services. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information and accept third party conditions with the payment service providers.
- Comply with the terms of sale, including any refund and return policies.
- Understand that all purchases are subject to availability.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on MamaApp, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MamaApp or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
MamaApp may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Disclaimers
MamaApp is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any damage that may result from your use of the services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MamaApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.
